Results disclaimer
Last updated: 15 September 2026
Tokkoacad teaches methods for creating content and growing on social media. We want you to get results, but we cannot promise them. Please read this before you buy.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee any number of followers, views, reach, engagement, clients, sales, income or brand deals. Nobody can honestly promise those. Buying the course and watching every lesson does not mean you will reach any particular result, or any result within a certain time.
What results depend on
- You: your skills, how consistently you post, the time you put in and how you apply the lessons.
- Your niche and audience: some topics grow faster than others, and some markets pay more for sponsored content.
- The platforms: algorithms, rules and features change often and without notice. Something that works today may work differently next month.
- Outside factors: competition, trends, timing, the language you post in and the country you are in.
Examples and numbers
Numbers in the course, on the site or in the content breakdowns, such as view counts, growth rates or prices for sponsored posts, are examples used to explain an idea. They are not typical results and not a forecast of yours. When we show someone's results, they are that person's, achieved in their own circumstances.
Not affiliated with any platform
Tokkoacad is independent. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Meta (Instagram, Threads, Facebook), TikTok, Google (YouTube), LinkedIn or any other platform. Their names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe what the course covers.
Not professional advice
Nothing in the course, the templates, the community or the Max reviews is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. When the course talks about money, for example pricing a brand deal, invoicing a client or setting up a business, it is general education. For decisions about taxes, contracts, business structure or investments, talk to a qualified professional in your country.
Your responsibilities as a creator
- Follow the terms and community rules of every platform you use. We are not responsible if a platform limits, suspends or deletes your account.
- Make advertising clearly recognisable as advertising. When you do paid partnerships, sponsored posts, affiliate links or receive free products, say so clearly and at the start, and use the platform's paid partnership label where it exists.
- In Portugal, this follows from the principle that advertising must be identifiable in the Advertising Code (Código da Publicidade) and from the guidance on influencer marketing published by the Directorate-General for Consumers (DGC) and the media regulator (ERC). Other countries have similar rules: follow those that apply where you and your audience are.
- Respect copyright, music licences and the privacy and image rights of the people who appear in your content.
- Make sure what you say about products and services you promote is true.
If the course is not for you
